Welcome to Quarter # 3
As we begin the new quarter remember to set some small goals to accomplish during the first week. If you reach them, set another goal for the second week. Examples would be to, check school view everyday, read for 30 minutes, do my homework at a specific time each day, organize my locker each morning when I get to school. Do something small that you would like to become a habit.
5th graders will begin a new unit on Levers this week. Student will learn about the 3 classes of levers and how to identify each. Understand the terms located under the 5th grade tab.
6th graders will continue to learn about Force and Motion. We will explore momentum and the 3 Laws of Motion. The final project will be the construction of egg cars.
