 May, the final full month of this school year.  Hard to believe but it's true.  May is a month with a few adjustments to the schedule as we will finish MCA science tests (5th grade) and reading and math MAP testing (5th and 6th grade)

A reminder slip was sent home with students with the cost of upcoming field trips, Big River Journey ($6), and French Park ($9).  Also on this slip, students highlighted any field trips (Dodge, Eagle Bluff) that money is still owed.  Please pay for these as soon as possible or call the Magnet office to make arrangements for payment.

May Schedule

Thursday, May 3rd:  5th Grade to Lilydale Brickyards  (11:30 - 2:00) Lunch at 11:00 am
Friday, May 4th:  No School.  Mid-Quarter
Thursday, May 10:  Science MCA test.  (5th Grade)
Tuesday, May 15:  Big River Journey Field Trip (5th and 6th grade)
Friday, May 18:  Dodge Field Trip.  (5th grade, Data Collection; 6th grade, Dakota Life)
Monday, May 21:  Reading MAP testing
Tuesday May 22:  Math MAP testing
Thursday May 31:  5th grade to French Park, 6th grade to Hyland Park

5th grade lessons will focus on Earth and Life science
6th grade lessons will focus on Sound and Light.
